Terms and Conditions of Sale – Weekend Gold

1. Company Information

The in-person seminar “Weekend Gold” is organized and sold by Alteco Management FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with license number 49281, located at 49281-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.

2. Event Description

The product being sold is participation in the in-person seminar titled Weekend Gold, which will take place in Tirana, Albania on the following dates:

November 1, 2025 – Full-day seminar covering business, personal growth, and mindset development.
November 2, 2025 – Private, exclusive VIP mastermind with Helga and Yann (only available to VIP ticket holders).

The seminar will consist of live presentations, exercises, and interactive sessions. The working languages of the seminar will be Albanian and occasionally English.

The organizer does not provide food, drinks, accommodation, or transport as part of the ticket price. These are the sole responsibility of the participant.

3. Access and Delivery

Access to the seminar is granted by showing a valid confirmation of registration, such as a ticket, confirmation email, or WhatsApp confirmation, at the venue entrance on the day of the event.
Tickets are nominative and strictly personal. They cannot be transferred, gifted, or resold without prior written authorization from Alteco Management FZCO.
Admission is subject to compliance with the venue’s rules, including safety and security regulations. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

The following ticket options are available:

Standard Pass – €97
Access to the full-day seminar on November 1, 2025.
Includes general seating and participation in all sessions of the day.
VIP Pass – €397
Includes:
- Access to the full-day seminar on November 1, 2025 with front-row reserved seating.
- Fast-track entry to the event venue.
- Access to the exclusive private mastermind on November 2, 2025, where participants will engage in a smaller, more personalized setting with Helga and Yann. This includes opportunities for direct interaction, tailored advice, and photographs.

Discounts may occasionally be offered to past students of Alteco Management FZCO programs. To benefit from such discounts, participants must present proof of being a past student at the entry. Without proof, the full ticket price will apply.

All payments are to be made in euros (€).
Payments are processed via Stripe or any other secure payment platform chosen by Alteco Management FZCO.
Prices are displayed inclusive of taxes where applicable.

5. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In compliance with applicable consumer standards, participants may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the event has not yet taken place.
Exclusions

No refunds will be issued once the seminar has started.
No refunds are available for non-attendance, late arrival, or partial participation.
No refunds are provided for associated expenses such as accommodation, travel, or food.

Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional conditions, such as:

Duplicate payment
Event cancellation by the organizer
Other situations at the sole discretion of Alteco Management FZCO

How to Request a Refund
Requests must be made in writing via email to: [email protected].
The request must include the participant’s full name, date of purchase, and proof of payment.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All seminar materials, including but not limited to presentations, slides, handouts, and documentation provided during or after the event, are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Alteco Management FZCO.

Participants are not permitted to:

Reproduce, record, or distribute seminar content.
Share seminar materials with third parties.
Resell or repurpose any seminar-related intellectual property.

Any violation of these rules may result in legal action.

7. No Result Guarantee

The Weekend Gold seminar is designed for educational and motivational purposes. Alteco Management FZCO makes no guarantees regarding income, career outcomes, or personal transformations.

Results vary widely depending on personal effort, background, and commitment.

The company cannot be held liable for dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations or lack of results.

8. Ticket and Transfer Policy

Tickets are strictly nominative and may only be used by the registered participant.
Transferring or reselling tickets without authorization is prohibited.
VIP privileges (front-row seats, mastermind access) are exclusive and cannot be reassigned.

9. Modification, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Alteco Management FZCO reserves the right to modify the seminar schedule, program, or list of speakers if necessary. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
In the event of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be granted if the participant cannot attend the rescheduled event.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
Alteco Management FZCO is not responsible for any external costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or visa expenses.

10. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the seminar. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of venue rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from participation in the seminar shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Disclaimer

By purchasing a ticket and attending the seminar, participants confirm that:

They are at least 18 years old.
They are physically and mentally capable of attending a full-day seminar.
They understand that the seminar does not provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
They accept that the seminar is educational and motivational only, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

13. Force Majeure

Alteco Management FZCO shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver the event in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the company reserves the right to reschedule or adapt the format of the event without refund obligations.

14. Final Provisions

By purchasing a ticket to Weekend Gold, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These terms constitute the full agreement between Alteco Management FZCO and the participant. Any other verbal or written agreements are considered null unless confirmed in writing by Alteco Management FZCO.

2. Përshkrimi i Eventit

Produkti i ofruar është pjesëmarrja në seminarin fizik të titulluar Weekend Gold, i cili do të zhvillohet në Tiranë, Shqipëri në datat:

1 Nëntor 2025 – Seminar njëditor i plotë mbi biznesin, zhvillimin personal dhe mendësinë sipërmarrëse.
2 Nëntor 2025 – Mastermind privat dhe ekskluziv me Helgën dhe Yann (i disponueshëm vetëm për mbajtësit e biletës VIP).

Seminari do të përfshijë prezantime të drejtpërdrejta, ushtrime praktike dhe sesione interaktive. Gjuhët e punës do të jenë kryesisht shqip dhe herë pas here anglisht.

Organizatori nuk ofron ushqim, pije, akomodim apo transport si pjesë e çmimit të biletës. Këto janë përgjegjësi e vetë pjesëmarrësit.

3. Hyrja dhe Dorëzimi

Hyrja në seminar bëhet duke paraqitur një konfirmim të vlefshëm regjistrimi, si p.sh. biletë, email konfirmimi ose konfirmim WhatsApp, në hyrjen e sallës ditën e eventit.
Biletat janë emërore dhe rreptësisht personale. Ato nuk mund të transferohen, dhurohen ose rishesin pa autorizimin me shkrim të Alteco Management FZCO.
Hyrja kushtëzohet nga respektimi i rregullave të sallës, përfshirë ato të sigurisë. Mospërputhja me rregullat mund të rezultojë në refuzim hyrjeje pa të drejtë rimbursimi.

4. Çmimet dhe Pagesa

Janë të disponueshme këto opsione biletash:

Standard Pass – €97
Pjesëmarrje në seminarin e plotë më 1 Nëntor 2025.
Përfshin vendosje në ulëset e përgjithshme dhe pjesëmarrje në të gjitha sesionet e ditës.
VIP Pass – €397
Përfshin:
- Pjesëmarrje në seminarin e plotë më 1 Nëntor 2025 me ulëse të rezervuara në rreshtin e parë.
- Hyrje të shpejtë në sallën e eventit.
- Pjesëmarrje në mastermind privat dhe ekskluziv më 2 Nëntor 2025, ku pjesëmarrësit do të përfitojnë nga një ambient më i vogël dhe më personal me Helgën dhe Yann. Kjo përfshin mundësi për ndërveprim direkt, këshilla të personalizuara dhe fotografi.

Mund të ofrohen zbritje për ish-studentët e programeve të Alteco Management FZCO. Për të përfituar nga këto zbritje, pjesëmarrësit duhet të paraqesin dëshmi të qartë që kanë qenë studentë në hyrje. Në mungesë të dëshmisë, aplikohet çmimi i plotë i biletës.

Të gjitha pagesat kryhen në euro (€).
Pagesat përpunohen nëpërmjet Stripe ose platformave të tjera të sigurta të zgjedhura nga Alteco Management FZCO.
Çmimet shfaqen me taksat e përfshira, kur është e zbatueshme.

5. Politika e Rimbursimit dhe E Drejta e Tërheqjes

E drejta e tërheqjes (14 ditë)
Në përputhje me standardet e konsumatorit, pjesëmarrësit mund të kërkojnë rimbursim brenda 14 ditëve nga data e blerjes, për sa kohë që eventi nuk ka filluar ende.
Përjashtime

Nuk do të bëhen rimbursime pasi seminari ka filluar.
Nuk ka rimbursim për mospjesëmarrje, vonesë apo pjesëmarrje të pjesshme.
Nuk ka rimbursim për shpenzime shtesë si akomodim, udhëtim apo ushqim.

Rrethana të jashtëzakonshme
Rimbursimet mund të merren në konsideratë vetëm në raste të veçanta, si:

Pagesë e dyfishtë
Anulimi i eventit nga organizatori
Situata të tjera sipas gjykimit të vetëm të Alteco Management FZCO

Si të kërkoni rimbursim
Kërkesat duhet të dërgohen me shkrim në email: [email protected].
Kërkesa duhet të përmbajë emrin e plotë të pjesëmarrësit, datën e blerjes dhe provën e pagesës.
Rimbursimet, nëse miratohen, do të përpunohen brenda 7 ditëve pune.

6. Pronësia Intelektuale

Të gjitha materialet e seminarit, përfshirë prezantimet, slidet, fletët shoqëruese dhe dokumentet e shpërndara gjatë ose pas eventit, mbeten pronë ekskluzive e Alteco Management FZCO.

Pjesëmarrësit nuk kanë të drejtë të:

Riprodhojnë, regjistrojnë ose shpërndajnë përmbajtjen e seminarit.
Ndajnë materialet me palë të treta.
Rishesin ose ripërdorin çdo material intelektual të lidhur me seminarin.

Çdo shkelje mund të sjellë pasoja ligjore.

7. Asnjë Garanci Rezultatesh

Seminari Weekend Gold është hartuar për qëllime edukative dhe motivuese. Alteco Management FZCO nuk jep asnjë garanci për të ardhura, arritje profesionale apo transformime personale.

Rezultatet ndryshojnë gjerësisht në varësi të përpjekjes, përvojës dhe angazhimit personal.

Kompania nuk mund të mbahet përgjegjëse për pakënaqësi që lidhen me pritshmëritë subjektive apo mungesën e rezultateve.

8. Politika e Biletave dhe Transferimit

Biletat janë rreptësisht personale dhe mund të përdoren vetëm nga pjesëmarrësi i regjistruar.
Transferimi ose rishitja e biletave pa autorizim është i ndaluar.
Përfitimet VIP (ulëset në rreshtin e parë, mastermind privat) janë ekskluzive dhe nuk mund të kalojnë tek të tjerët.

9. Ndryshime, Shtyrje dhe Anulime

Alteco Management FZCO rezervon të drejtën të ndryshojë orarin, programin ose listën e folësve nëse është e nevojshme. Këto ndryshime nuk japin të drejtë rimbursimi.
Në rast shtyrjeje, biletat mbeten të vlefshme për datën e re. Rimbursimet do të jepen vetëm nëse pjesëmarrësi nuk mund të marrë pjesë në datën e re.
Në rast anulimi nga organizatori, pjesëmarrësit do të marrin rimbursim të plotë të çmimit të biletës së paguar.
Alteco Management FZCO nuk mban përgjegjësi për shpenzime shtesë të pjesëmarrësve, përfshirë udhëtimin, akomodimin apo vizat.

10. Kodi i Sjelljes

Pjesëmarrësit pritet të mbajnë sjellje të respektueshme dhe profesionale gjatë gjithë seminarit. Sjelljet e papërshtatshme, ngacmimi apo shkelja e rregullave të sallës mund të sjellin përjashtim nga eventi pa të drejtë rimbursimi.

11. Ligji i Zbatueshëm dhe Juridiksioni

Këto kushte qeverisen nga ligjet e Emirateve të Bashkuara Arabe.
Çdo mosmarrëveshje që del nga pjesëmarrja në seminar do të trajtohet nga gjykatat kompetente të Dubait, EBA.

12. Përjashtim nga Përgjegjësia

Duke blerë një biletë dhe duke marrë pjesë në seminar, pjesëmarrësit konfirmojnë se:

Janë të paktën 18 vjeç.
Janë në gjendje të mirë fizike dhe mendore për të marrë pjesë në një seminar njëditor.
E kuptojnë që seminari nuk ofron këshilla ligjore, mjekësore, financiare ose psikologjike.
